Two figures face each other — close, unhurried, held together in a wash of teal and soft violet. Their hair rises and tangles above them like a shared thought, like weather, like the kind of feeling that doesn't settle easily into words. There is no distance here, only the particular closeness of women who know each other completely.

Sisters is the first piece in a three-part series exploring sisterhood as a universal experience — the bond between women who are born to each other and the women they choose. Each work is its own chapter; together they tell a story of enduring love, presence, and belonging.
